Instructions to Candidates

1. Please download the Chelan form using [Download Chelan] link.

2. If the fees is remitted by the student write his/her permanent register number in the space provided

3. If the fees is collected in the institution and remitted by the institution, write the institution code in the space provided as Coursecode + Centre code

Eg. (1)For LBS Thiruvananthapuram having Centre Code 1 and Course PGDCA, Institution Code is PGDCA-1

LBS Sub Centre Alathur having Centre Code 65 and Course PGDCA, Institution Code is PGDCA-65

4. Remit the Amount in any Branch of SBT using the Chelan
